Frost Tower is intentionally the most intimate of the five buildings in the Portfolio, a scale that lets its column-free floor plates and full-height glass curtain wall feel considered rather than commanding. It carries the name of its anchor tenant, Frost Bank.
Frost Tower is slated for renovation as part of TPG’s investment in the Portfolio. OliveMill Holdings and TPG Real Estate oversee the building’s operations alongside Harwood International.
